ALBUM REVIEW (EMPIRES)

First of all, great news because my last post [ALBUM REVIEW (PENTATONIX)] received over 29 page views over the past four days so that is kinda insane for me. I have never received this much views before, it's overwhelming. So a HUGE thanks to all those blog-readers out there who are constantly supporting my blog. You guys are awesome. God bless your souls. I pray and hope this number of views will only get better and better. I am so hyped! That is why I am doing another album review.

I just have to make a blog post about this because I have been obsessed with this album for months now and I still can't stop listening to it. I am soooo obsessed with this album.

The album is named "Empires". It is the fourth studio album from Australian contemporary worship music band HILLSONG UNITED. Now, I know I haven't mentioned Hillsong United before but I also know that you will definitely love this band. But I am not here to talk about the artist, I am to talk about the album. We'll talk about this band some other time.

Empires was released on May 26, 2015 under Hillsong Music, Sparrow Records and Capitol Christian Music Group. Michael Guy Chislett served as the album's producer, with vocalist Joel Houston serving as creative director and co-producer. "Touch the Sky" was the album's lead single which was released on March 2015. They even promoted it on the Today Show.

The whole album has 12 tracks and it plays for 71 minutes and 31 seconds. The album was #12 on the Worship Leader's Top 20 Albums of 2015, # 1 in Australian Albums and #5 in the US Billboard 200. That is insane!

What I loved about this album is that it's very different. It's not that traditional Christian rock you hear all the time. This one is kinda subtle in a way and very relaxing. The sounds are very chill and comforting. And it gives you the feeling to dance to the rhythm but at the same time to relax and just chill. The beats are so modern and I love the lyrics and the arrangement. Also, the vibe is great.

This album is SUPER AMAZING! INDESCRIBABLE! I can't stop listening to the whole album. I downloaded the whole album back in June and it's been five months and I am still obsessed with it. There is literally no album like this one. So great job to Hillsong United. They slayed again. May God bless them.

Favorite Tracks:

My fave songs in the album were "Touch the Sky", "Say the Word" and " Even When It Hurts". I love these songs for the fact that I cried when I heard these songs. It really touched my heart. The lyrics were very meaningful and it can sooth any anger and sadness inside of you. It's very relatable, too. Especially when you're the type of person that is constantly searching for himself/herself. These tracks will definitely empower you.

ALBUM REVIEW (PENTATONIX)

I am starting a new post trend (if that makes any sense) in my blog. Basically, I am going to comment on the tracks of new released albums. Am I making sense? I think I am. I hope I do. Anyway, I'll start with the album which was currently released and that is the new PTX album, PENTATONIX.

I have mentioned Pentatonix before in this blog so I think it's not everybody's first time hearing about them. (Of course you heard about them before. I mean, they're like really famous). 

PENTATONIX (I have to write in all caps to differentiate it from the artist) is the fourth studio album by American a cappella group Pentatonix. The album was released on October 16, 2015. So about two weeks ago. This album is the group's seventh release.

Everyone (and by that, I mean every person who JUST or NEVER knew about PTX) is freaking out on the fact that it was the fourth studio album. "What about PTX Vol. 1, 2 and 3?!" No. They are not studio albums. They are considered as EPs (Extended Plays) and not studio albums. There's a difference.

Well, moving on, the album cover was released on Twitter and Instagram by a series featuring the five band members released over a five-day span, with one band member added to the picture each day.

Before the album release, the group already released five singles (that are included in the Deluxe Version of the album) and five music videos. These singles were "Cheerleader"(Omi Cover), "Can't Sleep Love" (Original song), "Can't Sleep Love" (feat. Tink), Where Are Ü Now (Jack Ü/Justin Bieber Cover), and "Sing" (Original Song).

As much as I really want to discuss the music videos with you (because those videos were freaking amazing!!!), we have to concentrate on the whole album.

The album (not Deluxe) is filled with original songs written by the band members (Scott, Kirstin, Mitch, Kevin and Avi). The only one in the album which is not an original is Shai's "If I Ever Fall In Love" and PTX sang this song with Jason Derulo. The three covers (Cheerleader, Where Are Ü Now and Lean On) and "Can't Sleep Love" (feat. Tink) are included in the deluxe edition of the album.

My Comments:

Well. What can I say? THE WHOLE ALBUM IS FREAKING AMAZIIIIING!!! Three days after the release (because I didn't have a chance to connect to the internet for the past three days because of a storm), me and my best friend listened to the entire album in school and we can't stop listening to it. It is addicting. I was practically weeping while listening to it. I listened to the album for like 15 times in a span of 36 hours. 

The arrangements were awesome. The lyrics were amazing. Very meaningful. The arrangement were on point. The arrangement made it super addicting. I can't even describe it properly. I have no words. It is just plainly AMAZING! Hands down to Pentatonix.

Favorite Song/s?

I freaking have four favorite songs from the Deluxe Version. It's "Water", "Can't Sleep Love" (feat. Tink), "Misbehavin'" and "Where Are Ü Now". I never get sick of these songs. They are my new jam!

First reaction?

I was really excited for the album because it is their first original album so I was excited to hear more original songs from them and new arrangements.

Anyway, that is all I have to say about the album. By the way, did you know that this album made it to #1 in the US BILLBOARD200! I mean, that's insane. That is how great the album is so better listen to it and/or purchase it.

RED ORANGE YELLOW

Hey everyone. I know it's been a while since I last posted in my blog. I was so concentrated on doing good in school that I didn't have time to write something interesting here. Finally, thank God for a chill day today, I don't have any homework so I get to write. AGAIN. AFTER THREE FREAKIN' MONTHS.

Anyway, I have been seeing a lot of Facebook posts, Instagram pics and Twitter tweets about how excited people are about the  Halloween Season and/or Autumn. I AM FREAKIN' EXCITED, TOO! I mean, who doesn't love the Autumn season? Losers, probably. Let's list some things here that makes Autumn pretty special and super awesome:

• The autumn displays the most beautiful and vibrant colors. Red, orange and yellow are some good color combinations. Even though I dislike orange (no offense to orange-lovers out there, I still like you guys), I still am drawn to the season.

• You can go jumping on piles of autumn leaves like jumping on soft warm cushions. Honestly, I would love to do that all the time. Especially with the guy I love. (But I'm single and independent so I guess, I'll be jumping on those piles alone. Awh. Haha)

• You finally get to wear that knitted sweater you've been wanting to wear all year. Personally, I am a big fan of sweaters. I want to own as many sweaters as I can because I mean, why not? Sweaters are awesome. (Also, scarfs. Scarfs are cool)

• Autumn season means Halloween season! Old horror movies, pumpkin heads, scary pranks, candle lights, spider webs and creepy costumes. (Plus, black cats. Black cats are my fave)

• Halloween means another season of Trick-or-Treat! I WANT CANDY! I WANT CANDY! Candy is life.

• Horror movies. Who could forget those memorable vintage horror movies? I know I enjoyed them. (Not really, I am such a scaredy-cat). 

• Costumes and Parties. Of course, there will always be Halloween/Autumn parties happening so you better start being creative because you really need those costumes ready.

Practically, I don't really experience Autumn from where I live. Such a disappointment for us living in the tropical countries. Oh well. Someday. 

Let me put "Autumn experience" in my bucket list and hope that someday, I'll be experiencing all of the things I listed above.

CATASTROPHE

It's exactly been a week since the release of the most awesome music video I have ever seen in my entire 15-year-old life. 

On the Billboard Music Awards 2015 Ceremony, Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" Music Video was released worldwide. The original track wasn't used for the music video but Taylor Swift created an amazing version of the song with Kendrick Lamar and that was the one used in the video. 

The music video starred all of Taylor's closest friends. And let me tell you, they were amazing. It's a casting dream come true. Here are the list of Bad Blood characters:

Well. That's a lot of friends. But seriously, this looks like a perfect casting for a perfect action movie. 

The video starts with Catastrophe fighting some evil dudes with Arsyn. Taylor and Selena's fighting skills were incredible. Then suddenly Arsyn betrays Catastrophe by kicking her out of the window almost killing her. Catastrophe then plots her revenge against Arsyn with all of her friends at her side.

The video was totally awesome. I watched it like 10 times straight. The video was perfection. And Kendrick Lamar's version of the song? Amazing. I absolutely downloaded it. Kendrick and Taylor is definitely a music match made in heaven.

Favorite Character?

Cut Throat. I love knives (seriously). And I love knife throwing. A knife is definitely my second weapon of choice.

What would be your "Bad Blood" name? 

The Raven. I don't actually know why I chose that name but it sounds right. I love ravens. I love black. Ravens are kinda mysterious. And I like that.

Weapon of choice?

A bow and arrow or a knife. 

And just recently, I heard Taylor Swift broke the Vevo record with this video! Wow! That is insane! The Directioners have been trying to break this record for a lot of times but the Swifties broke it.

I just watched probably the best movie in 2015 so far and that is PITCH PERFECT 2! It was so amazing. I mean, aca-mazing. I don't know why some reviews were horrible. It was freakin' glorious. I can't tell you how amazing it was because I would be a spoiler unless, of course, you already watched it. 

Pitch Perfect 2  is a sequel to the 2012 film Pitch Perfect. The film centers on the fictional Barden University and The Barden Bellas, an all female acapella singing group. The film feautres an ensemble cast that includes Anna Kendrick (Beca Mitchell), Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy), Brittany Snow (Chloe Beale), Ester Dean (Cynthia-Rose Adams), Alexis Knapp (Stacie Conrad) and Hana Mae Lee (Lilly Onakurama). Hailee Steinfeld (Emily Junk-Hardon) was also in the film that played the role of the new member of the Bellas.

For me, Pitch Perfect 2 is better than the first movie. It's funnier and more sob-worthy. Like half of the movie, I was laughing so hard that I couldn't breathe and the other half, I was weeping. It's not sad but it's sooooo touching. And the music was spectacular. What could be better than acapella? Nothing. It was literally giving me chills and goosebumps the whole time. I want to watch it again. It was absolutely Pitch PERFECT! (But for those kids ages 12 and below, you shouldn't watch it because some scenes in the movie will ruin your innocent heads)

Favorite Scene? 

The campfire scene and their performance at the competition. That was amazing. I cried at those parts so if you haven't seen it, get your tissues ready.

Favorite Song?

Duh. Their original song. Flashlight was amazing. Plus, Hailee Steinfeld singing it is amazing. Download worthy.

Favorite Character in the film?

It's between Emily, Beca and Fat Amy. Emily is just so pretty and she has an amazing voice. Beca is so cool and talented. And Fat Amy is just hilarious.

Do you want to join an acapella group someday?

Uh. Yeah, I would definitely want to join an acapella group or any singing group. That would be totally awesome.

So if you haven't seen Pitch Perfect 2 yet, you should buy your tickets now and watch it. I'm sure you won't regret it.

P.S. PTX and The Filharmonic were also amazing at their appearance in the film.

I just want to bring this up because I, too, was a directioner. So can anyone please just tell me what the hell is happening with Zayn Malik?!

I'm really confused and at the same time, angry. I mean, have you seen Zayn's tweet to Louis? That was really really harsh. I can't believe he tweeted that to his own best friend/brother. I would never tweet that to anyone unless, of course, they did something very very bad to me like insulted Mitch Grassi but that's not the case.

6th of May 2015, Louis Tomlinson-a member of One Direction-tweeted:

Well, unfortunately, Zayn Malik-a former member of One Direction-didn't take that tweet so well so he replied:

Say what?! And with that tweet, the Twitter world is alive again. A lot of tweets with #TOMLINSONSLAYSAGAIN filled my twitter news feed. Also the words "TWITTER WAR" also went trending.

It's clear to most of us that Louis wasn't really talking about Zayn, he was talking about Naughty Boy. 

For my opinion, Zayn shouldn't have tweeted that in the first place. Even if it means defending himself. I mean, they're brothers. They are supposed to respect each other's opinions. 

Team Zayn or Team Louis?

I'm not really sure. Louis has a point and Zayn also has a point. I'm just totally against Naughty Boy in that matter.

Twitter War?

It wasn't a twitter war at all because Louis didn't reply back to Zayn's rude reply which is the mature thing to do. He was just sassing everybody as usual. Everybody was just overreacting over things. 

See what you did Naughty Boy? You just have to ruin everything. Hahaha. And stop making Louis and the other boys look bad. You're such a jerk. 

Zayn, never forget that Louis is still your brother/best friend. He's just trying to cope up with the situation of you leaving the band. You know Louis.

Louis, minimize making sassy tweets. Someone might get really really offended by them.

So that's a lesson for all of you out there. Don't ever tweet something very rude in the internet. Unless it's mature enough to be accepted.

In short, be mature about what you put online. Things might get a little bumpy.

SUPERFRUIT

So. As you read in my last post that I'm obsessed with PTX but PTX is not the only thing I;m obsessed this summer. I'm also fully crazy about the Youtube Channel, SUPERFRUIT. 

Superfruit is a Youtube Channel created by Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi-two members of PTX. In this channel, they post video blogs or vlogs where they do all sorts of crazy fun stuff. They started posting Youtube videos back in  August 23, 2013. According to Mitch, he and Scott discussed how they individually wanted to start Youtube channels, then they got the idea of "Why don't we just do it together?". Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi are best friends since they were little kids and because they get along so well in their Superfruit videos, most viewers thought that they were together (#scomiche) but Scott and Mitch cleared everything in their "Boyfriend Tag" video that they are not boyfriends but simply best friends.

I first heard of them through my sister when they released their mash-up on Taylor Swift's album, "1989", which gave me goosebumps. That was the first ever video I watched. I didn't watch the other videos because I didn't have the time because of school work. At the first week of summer, I was really bored so I decided to have a SUPERFRUIT MARATHON. I laughed so hard watching all of their videos. Since then, I'm in love with Superfruit.

They have done a lot of videos and musical projects. Some of their musical projects were "Evolution of Miley Cyrus", "BEYONCE", "Feeling Myself" and "Happy Little Pill". They also have done some video collaborations with some Youtubers like Miranda Sings (Colleen Ballinger), Tori Kelly and Tyler Oakley. 

Favorite Video?
There are so many good videos that I can't decide. It has to be between "1989", "Tyler Oakley Can Sing", "The Mash-Up Game", "Chufter", "Feeling Myself", "Nature is Amazing", "101 Ways To Ditch Your Friends", "Superlove" and "Relationship Advice". What did I tell you? There are so so so many good videos.

Are you a Scott or a Mitch?
I love Mitch but I'm more of a Scott than a Mitch. Me and Scott are so alike in many ways. Scott reminds me of me. I see myself in Scott.

PTX

So in the past few weeks, I've been obsessed with Pentatonix. If you don't know them, Pentatonix (often abbreviated as PTX) is an American a cappella group of five vocalists originating from Arlington, Texas. You can see their picture right below this post. I have listened to their songs like everyday since the beginning of summer. I'm definitely crazy about them.

I'm not a new fan. I have listened to them for a very long time now but I think I just have PTX syndrome right now.

I remembered the first time I ever heard about them. I just got home from school and I immediately turned our TV on. I switched the channel to a local music channel and I saw PTX's music video for "Problem". That time, I was really crazy about Ariana Grande's Problem so I sat down and watched the video. I then turned on the computer and searched for them. Then that's when I realized that they were an a cappella group and I was stunned so I went to Youtube and searched for them and watched all their videos.

Right now, I'm literally listening to every song from Volume 1 to Volume 3. It's very addicting so if you haven't listened to them, you should listen to them right now. They're incredibly amazing. 

I suddenly want to be in an a cappella group.

Favorite Member?

So far, my favorite member would be Mitch Grassi. I love them all but for me, Mitch stands out. He's the tenor/countertenor lead and backing vocals of the group. He has a really nice voice. It's like when he sings, there are angels everywhere. I'm not exaggerating. It really is that good. I'm definitely in love with him.

Fave Song?

My fave song would be between La La Latch, I Need Your Love and See Through. Those songs are on the top of my list. Whenever I hear them, my body would just involuntarily start dancing and I'll have a dance party  by myself.

The rest of my adoration for PTX can't be put into words so I don't think I can't put them in a post. Also, PTX is coming to Manila on the 6th of June to have a concert for their #OnMyWayHomeTour. Unfortunately, I'm not going which means I won't be able meet Mitch. Sad life, isn't it? But I hope there will be a time that I will meet them all.

You're probably wondering why the title of this post is "XO". Well, that is because it's Valentine's Day, people! The day where love conquers all and people show love and affection for each other through kisses, hugs, roses and chocolates.

Today is such a special day. Not only that it's Valentine's Day but the Style Music Video (by Taylor Swift) is out now. But let's go back to main topic here and talk about Valentine's Day.

Don't you ever just imagine this day to be super memorable? Like, you want the guy of your dreams to be in a dashing suit and tie, take you to a very romantic place, give you a bouquet of roses and dance with you til' the midnight hour. Wouldn't that be wonderful? Unless, of course, you're single like me and just wants to sit around all day and eat potato chips and watch all the Nicholas Sparks Movies on TV. Yeeeaaah. That would be awful.

But let me tell you this, it's not awful. And so if you don't have a date for Valentine's. Who freakin' cares?! Valentine's Day is all about LOVE anyway. Not just only about love for a significant other but all kinds of love. Family love, love for your friends and especially, love for yourself.

And don't you ever think that you're not worth the love because you don't have a date. You're definitely worth it. You just have to wait for the right moment. I'm pretty sure that God is going to give you the best Valentine's Day ever with the best guy/girl He has given you.

Like I said, Valentine's Day is all about love. So spend it with the ones that you love and who loves you. Like your family and friends. You're not alone and you will never be. 

Look at me. Four years ago, I had the worst Valentine's Day ever (long story) but I'm still strong and not moping/crying in my bed because I don't have a freakin' date. I didn't become bitter and become an Anti-Valentine person, not like some people. I hope. I'm hoping that someday, someone will give the greatest Valentine's Day ever. And that will come soon. For me and for you.

According to the cliche girly movies I have watched, the most unforgettable and the most magical event in your high school years is PROM.

"Prom" is short for "promenade" which means a formal dance or a leisurely walk typically one taken in a public place so as to meet or be seen by others. But no one cares what prom means, right? All we know is that in a prom, there will be dancing, the girl will be in their beautiful dresses, the guys will be in their handsome suits and there will be the most-awaited Prom King & Queen which can lead you to ultimate popularity.

But if you say the word "prom" in front of a girl, she will definitely freak out (Well, most girls are like that). For a girl, it's the most magical night of their lives. They will dance will the guy of their dreams. They will have a major transformation from this ordinary girl to a total diva. They will hang out with their friends until midnight. For them, prom is everything.

For me, not so quite. Prom is just an ordinary event for me. Of course, I would a great time dancing but let's face it, prom is tiring. 

Do you even know what goes behind the scenes of a promenade? The movies make it so easy but in real life, it's not. In real life, you have to do a lot of things like you would have a tribute song, you would light a candle and you have to hear a speech from your beloved principal. And there's one more, that waltz thing, you have to practice it.

In these past few weeks, my class have been practicing from our prom this upcoming February 5. We've been dancing from morning to the afternoon. My feet are aching. And we're suppose to do all those dances and songs while wearing heels. 

The teachers are already mad at us because they want the prom to be super perfect and most of us don't want to practice anymore because our bodies are freakin' tired. Ugh! Let us rest! I want rest! 

But we have to participate in classes because prom comes only once in a lifetime. We have to make sure it's perfect.

So, in spite all the aches and pain, all of that will be worth it in the end because our prom will be magical as ever.

FEARS

Everybody has fears. Everybody has something to be scared about. Yes, there are people who they say are "fearless" or even "dauntless" (haha. sorry. Divergent fan here. hahaha) but they'r just the people who aren't afraid to face their fears in life. 

I have fears. Damn, I'm afraid of everything. Everything has always a negative side. I fear most things. I'm afraid of death (all kinds of death), spirits, dolls, clowns, crazy people, my mom, myself, the color purple (sorry for those purple-loving people), love, falling in love, birth, blood, horrifying screams, horror movies, hell, skulls, sexual abuse, wild animals, anger, spiders, failure, cemeteries, accident, criticism, nudity, bad sounds & bad music. See? I have a lot of fears. 

I also have the most common phobia in the world. Acrophobia which is the fear of heights and Basiphobia/Basophobia which is the fear of falling. It's not the actual height measurement that I'm afraid of. It's when you're in the highest point of the building and you look down and you see how you are from the ground. Yeah. That's scary. And I really hate falling. Falling hurts. Really bad. I hate gravity. But if it wasn't for gravity, we will be all floating in space.

I also have Lygophobia which is the fear of darkness. Especially when I'm alone, I hate the dark. I just can't see anything. This fear of mine developed because of watching to much horror movies (that's also why I'm afraid of horror movies). I just feel like somebody's going to touch me or something bad's gonna happen in the dark.

I also have Monophobia which the fear of being alone. Again, because of the thing happening in horror movies. And I have this experience that I was home alone and someone was saying "Mommy" repeatedly and the voice was coming from the kitchen but I was home ALONE. So it was pretty scary. 

Finally, I have Athazagoraphobia which is the fear of being forgotten, ignored, forgetting or being left behind. This kinda started and developed when my dad left for Macau. Since then, I always thought that he has forgotten us so yeah. I hate people ignoring me and forgetting about me. I don't like being left behind. That scares me. Because that only means that I'm not good enough (somewhat like that). Eventually, every single person in my life is going to leave me because I'm not worth it or I'm not good enough so I'm going to die old and alone with 72 cats in my house. That's probably much it.

But I'm trying to be fearless. I want to face my fears and overcome them. Just like what Tris did in "Divergent", she overcame her six fears. There should be only one thing I should be afraid of and that is God. The greatest fear of all. 

But if I'm going to face my fears, I have to start now because I really have a lot of fears.

BY ARTIST

Don't you get really pissed off whenever people judge you based on the artist you like? I have experienced that a lot of times. Like I want to make friends with someone, they will suddenly ask me who my favorite artist, then I will say my fave artists then they were kinda somewhat disgusted by me because they're my favorite artists. They didn't say they were disgusted by me but I can see it in their faces.

Like whenever I say I like Taylor Swift. Yes, THE Taylor Swift that dated almost 10 guys in the 8 years being in the music industry and THE Taylor Swift that writes songs about her ex-boyfriends and THE Taylor Swift that everyone calls a slut. People always think that when you're a Swiftie, you're just like Taylor Swift. They expect you to also write songs about your love life or be obsessed with your guy or date a lot of guys for a short period of time. Like they think that those are the things that you like about that specific artist. I always hear/reas things like "Why do you even like her? She's such a slut".

Didn't they think that these things are just like 10% of her being? There is so much more. Yeah, Taylor Swift writes about break-up but she has written more love songs than break-up songs. She has written more good things about her exes than the bad things. She has inspired people to love. And so what if she writes about her exes? Like Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars writes songs about their relationships but they don't get hate like Taylor Swift. (Watch THIS VIDEO to get what I mean). 

What I'm trying to say is it's not good to judge or measure someone based on what fandom they're in or by the artist they like. Always remember that they fell in love with the music first. It's all about the songs. Just because somebody likes One Direction or Justin Bieber or Ariana Grande or Selena Gomez, doesn't mean that they're already losers. Just because somebody doesn't have a good taste in music, doesn't mean that they don't fit in. Just because somebody has a different taste in music, doesn't mean you two can't be friends.

Be careful. Because you will never know. Maybe the music he/she listens to saved his/her own life. Just like the music you're listening saved your life.

SCHOOL STRESS

In your whole life, were you put in a situation that you want to do so many stuff but there are school things that you need to finish first? That feeling is the worst. You already drank a hundred gallons of coffee (I'm exaggerating, of course) just to keep yourself awake because you have to finish three projects that are due the next day and at the same time, you have to review for a quiz on a really major subject that is on the next day, too, and for the exams coming the next week. It's just stressing.

Especially, when you have to do a group project and some of your group mates aren't really participating in making the project (I'm not referring to anyone I know). Like seriously?! Ugh! What I'm trying to say is you should be ashamed of yourself because your group mates are doing their best to do the project so ALL OF YOU can have a good grade and you didn't even contributed to project but you'll still have a good grade. You don't deserve that good grade because you didn't do a single damn important thing. (Again, not referring to anyone)

And what about those teachers who think that we don't have enough work to do or think that we're lazy or whatever so they give us more work to do? Ugh! They're not the only ones who are tired. According to my experience, teachers will always complain that they're so tired because they talked, stood, computed, wrote and explained all day and that we're not tired because we just sit all day in the classroom. Oh come on! It's very tiring to sit all day. You get bored and hungry. You get tired of understanding things that you can't understand. And a lot more.

This school stress is killing me. Especially this past week because we had our exams. Like I slept only for 5 hours a day because of things to do and whatsoever. But in spite of all this stress, it will be worth it. After all that hard work, you will get your reward: A good grade. And in spite of the stress my teachers have given me, I'm still thankful for them because they're still determined to guide and teach us in school even though we have misbehaved a lot of times. All I am saying is this stress is worth it. 

Work hard. It will be all worth it someday. But if that someday comes, stay humble.

You should know that I'm never gonna change. I'm always gonna stay. If you call for me, I'm right there. You're so different. No one compares.

But I think I should stop thinking about you all the time. Maybe this is what I needed. Maybe this is a sign. Maybe I've been blind to reality. Could you tell me, was it real or was it all in my head?

How soon do we forget how we felt? Deal with emotions that never left. Gonna stop pretending what we're ain't. Total waste of time. Can we please make up our minds? And stop acting like we're blind. I'll be saving my love for you. 'Cause you're the best mistake I ever made. 

I cried enough tears to see my own reflection in them. I guess you don't know what you got til' it's gone. I'm saying sorry for the sake of us. You were my everything. Now that's you're gone my heart is missing something.

I like to say we gave it a try. I like to blame it all on life. If I could change the world overnight, there'd be no such thing as goodbye. We'd get the chance we deserve. We almost knew what love was but almost is never enough.

It's no joke to me so can we do it all over again? I might miss everything you said to me.

I'M A SINNER AND NOT A SAINT

Maybe all what you said were true. Or maybe I'm too affected in a way. I don't know. It always kills me. Whenever we argue and we don't fix it immediately, the situation always kills me from the inside. I'll have sleepless nights. I'll have tear-soaked pillows. I'll have unexplainable mood swings. Not being able to talk to you and/or not being able to fix things with you kills me inside out little by little.

Call me dramatic. It's okay. "Never hope for something out of this", said one of my friends. But I did. I promised I wouldn't but I did. I fell and I hoped. I have done so many things to myself that you can't imagine I would do. I always cry even though you keep saying that you don't want me to. It's so ironic that the person who tells you not to cry is one of the reasons why you're crying.

There are so many reasons why I don't want you to know about me. Why I don't want you to know what I feel. I kinda a stereotype judgement thing. I have fears. Fears that even I can't explain. Behind this sweet, innocent, kind, hopeful, optimistic facade of mine is a dark, cold, terrifying and bitter version of me. So I guess maybe [1]I'm a sinner and not a saint[1] afterall.

HAPPY 2015

Ahhh. It's 2015. Another new year. Isn't that nice? Knowing that you still have a year to completely change your entire life. To change what and/or who you are in this world full of heartless and unfair freaks of nature. To really make yourself stand out and making your dreams come to life.

But seriously, I am sick and tired of this "New Year. New Me." shiz. I have seen a lot of tweets and posts that is similar to this tweet. And I totally can relate to those tweets and posts. Saying "New Year. New Me" is complete bullcrap. Why do you even have to say/tweet/post that?

Why? Don't you love your true self? Your true self got you where you are now and you're just gonna abandon it like some kind of ugly dog. You're just going to paint yourself with washable rainbow paint and impress people in the upper society class but when the rain pours, everyone will see the real you. Everyone will see the ugliness you kept so that you can "fit in" in this dark and cold society of ours. (Everything in this paragraph is a metaphor by that way)

But you know what? Who cares? Who cares if they see the real you? You should be proud of who and what you truly are. You should accept your flaws. Who ever said that you have to fit in? Most of the time, the greatest people in the world are those people who took the different road, took a different step from the usual. Those people who made their flaws their strengths. Those who didn't even dare to follow the crowd.

You are who you are. 

For me, I wouldn't change anything in me. Of course, I wouldn't stay the same either. I must have progress. I would only change for the betterment of myself. I will never change so I can fit in. Fitting in, for me, is very tiring. After some time, you'll get sick of it. 

I love myself. I wouldn't change anything for anything. I love who and what I am. I want to make myself BETTER and NOT NEW. So f*** all those "New Year. New Me" posts and tweets. It should be "New Year. Better Me.", don't you think?
